Appointments are charged in half hourly slots, with a callout charge placed for appointments booked out of regular office hours and public holidays.

24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or a cancellation fee will apply.

Service packs of 6 and 10 hours must be paid for in full before work can commence. Appointments booked before full payment of a service pack will be charged at the regular hourly rate.
